Returns Policy
At Mariah Boutique, we do everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, we understand that in some cases it may be necessary to return a product. Below, we clearly explain our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:
- An item can only be registered for return after it has been physically received by the customer.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees that may apply.
- Products must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on an item is permitted, but it may not be worn or used for an extended period.
- Intentionally ordering multiple sizes or quantities with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Notify us of your return request by sending an email to contact@mariah-boutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense and risk, including any shipping costs or applicable duties.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number (track & trace) to avoid loss during transit.
- Returns sent without prior notice or authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected at the appropriate logistics center and confirmed to meet our return conditions, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund process may take up to 14 business days after the return has been approved.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability
Mariah Boutique is not responsible for packages lost during the return process if the customer does not use a tracked shipping method.
We are also not responsible for lost or missing packages when the tracking system indicates that the order was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
